George Woody

George W. Woody, 94 of Duluth, died Sunday.  George was born Feb. 8, 1927, in Milton, WV to George and Sarah Woody.  He served in the Signal Corps in the US Army. George and his bride Patricia moved to Duluth in 1965, when George became the chief engineer at the newly formed WDIO TV and WIRT TV.   He is survived by his wife, Patricia and several loving nieces and nephews.  Burial will take place in Ohio.    Sign the online register book at, www.dfhduluth.com.   Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E 2 ^nd St. Duluth, MN, (218) 727-3555.
