Benjamin W. Craig, 43 of Duluth, died Sunday, April 11th in Duluth. Ben was born January 3, 1978 in Thief River Falls, MN to Jim and Bonnie Bloch Craig. He was raised in Duluth and graduated from Duluth East High School. Ben was an avid drummer in several local groups. He also held a MN CNA license and several computer tech certifications.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jo and James R. Craig, Marian and Vernon Bloch, and Dan Herald.
Ben is survived by his son, Jamison Craig, parents, Jim (Diane) Craig and Bonnie Craig (Bob Veltre); siblings, Jeremy Craig, Robin Brown, Will Brown, Gabe Olson, Hallie Sitte and Skylar Sitte; a grandmother, Rita Herald and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
Ben was known as a sweet and kind-hearted person to everyone he met. Suffering with addictions most of his adult life, he can now live again with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Services: visitation on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 1-3pm in the Dougherty Funeral Home, with graveside to follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
