Virginia Rae Martinson

Virginia Rae (Torney) Martinson passed away quietly on the 23^rd of March, 2024. She was 96 years old. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert; and daughters, Patti and Mary. Virginia was a devoted member of North United Methodist Church for over 60 years. She was an outgoing woman, always volunteering to help whenever she could. Virginia was a loving mother of 4 daughters, that she raised to be 4 wonderful women. She will be dearly missed. Virginia is survived by daughter, Carol (Leo) and Joy (Chris); 4 grandsons, 2 great-grandchildren, plus several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. with a Visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. in Brooklyn United Methodist Church, 7200 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Center, MN 55429. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
