Terri Ann Foss

Terri Ann Foss, 69, of Estero, Florida, passed away peacefully and comfortably in Duluth, MN on September 1, 2026. Terri faced her diagnosis of Lewy-Body Dementia with grace, dignity and strength.

Terri will be remembered by all who knew her for her vibrant personality. She exhibited a certain spunk for life, killer dance moves and a knack for making people laugh. Whether with family or friends in Minnesota or Florida, Terri always looked forward to spending time with the people she loved. After moving to Florida she found a love for tennis, boating and the beautiful sunsets.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gordon Sandahl.

Terri is survived by her husband, Charles Carnahan; mother, Joanne Sandahl; her children, Bryan (Michelle) Foss and Jessica (Adam) McDonnell; her grandchildren, Bella, Myles, Ellie, Myah, Wenzel, and Nora; siblings, Cheryl Walden and Dale Sandahl; niece and nephew, Jenna Healy and Matt Walden; and many other loving relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Both at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 7401 County Road 101, Maple Grove, Minnesota 55311.
