Shirley Zeleznikar
June 15, 1929 — January 7, 2015
Shirley Jean (Norman) Zeleznikar, 85, passed away after a brief illness on January 7, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Manley and Ruth Norman; her step mother, who raised Shirley, Harriet Norman; her husband of 60 years, John T. Zeleznikar; their infant son, Gregory and her sister, Lorraine Crotty.
Shirley is survived by her daughters, Terri J. (Bruce) Sabetti of Makinen, MN and Kim Zeleznikar of Duluth; her son, John D. (Amy) Zelen of Charlotte, NC; granddaughters, Shelley and Brianna Huot, Betsy and Grace Zelen and grandson, Adam Jagello; great granddaughter, Kylie and a great grandchild expected in March.
Per Shirley's wishes, a private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
