Scott Raymond Gillespie

Scott Raymond Gillespie passed away on July 3, 2026 after a brief illness. Born on September 5, 1951 to Jerome Gillespie and Barbara Carlisle in Minneapolis, Scott attended Winona Technical College and earned a degree in Cosmetology. After an accident, he had many years of rehabilitation and lived in group homes. We thank all of those who helped Scott during that time, he will be missed. He is survived by his aunt, Beverly Merritt; brother, Craig (Debra) Gillespie; sister, Carla and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 27, 2026 at Hope United Methodist Church, 301 W St Marie St, Duluth, MN 55803. Interment at Pleasantview Cemetery, Burnsville.
