Richard Alan Hooper

Richard A. Hooper, 65, of Chisholm, MN died Monday December 11th, 2023.

He was born on July 29th, 1958 to Richard and Elvira (Vitali) Hooper in Chisholm, MN. 

He was a graduate of Chisholm High School class of 1976. He was employed by Hibbing Taconite Co where he retired from in 2020. 

Rick loved his children and granddaughter very much. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He liked fishing, hunting, golfing, casino trips, and watching his favorite sports teams, the Vikings and Wild. 

Rick will be missed by all.

He is survived by his children, daughters Jamie & Mindy of Federal Way, WA Raimi of Eveleth, MN Rylee (Nate) of Meadowlands, MN son Richard of Hibbing, MN and granddaughter Haylee of Kansas. 

He was preceded in death by his father Richard, mother Elvira, brother Tom, and sister Roberta. 

A celebration of life will be held at Tom & Jerry's in Chisholm on January 20th, 2024.
