Peggy Lorrayne Floding

Peggy Lorrayne Floding age 81 of Duluth, died on October 11, 2026. She was born in Duluth on November 18, 1944 to parents, Albin and Twyla (Freeman) Wosmek. She graduated from Aitkin High School in 1964. Peggy’s willingness to help anyone in need led hear to work as a CNA for many years. She enjoyed various hobbies, especially bowling. She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Brian Hurd; siblings, Sandra Kyrola, Terry Wosmek, Barb Campion, Lee Wosmek, Dale Wosmek, and Janet Hasnett. Peggy is survived by her children, James (Sarah) Hurd, and Jerrie (Jon) Holm; grandchildren, Meghan, Alex, Amber, Scott. Brandon, and Brianna; Great-grandchildren, Avery, Jamison, Riley, Micah, Nevaeh and Aidan; sister, Sharon Finifrock-Johnson; brother, Randy Wosmek; speical friends, Richard Floding and Robert Beardsley; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and frineds. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Solway Town Hall from Noon-4:00 pm on Friday, October 23rd.

The family would like to thank the staff at moments hospice for the care they provied mom in her final days.
