Pamela Joy Fouts, 65 of Duluth, MN unexpectedly passed away November 05, 2023, at St. Luke’s Hospital. Joy is survived by her mother, Esther Kirsch; brother, Jeff Kirsch; sister, Kirstin Hedger (Greg); her son, Jeffrey (Tara) and nieces and nephew. A Service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, December 15, 2023 at St. Benedicts Church, 1419 St. Benedict Street, Duluth with a Visitation beginning at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, donate a tree in Joys legacy.
