Michael Gerald McDonnell

Mike Gerald McDonnell, 60, died peacefully on July 6, 2022 at St. Mary’s Medical Center after two years of kicking cancer’s ass. Mike was an eccentric, brilliant, and loving man who lived life the way he wanted. He successfully started his own business in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, wore pajamas and tie dye most days, and consistently struggled to keep pace with his sons on the golf course (according to them). 

Mike will be forever missed and dearly loved by his wife of 39 years, Julie; children, John, Joe, Jake, and Julianna; mother, Coral; sisters, Julie & Elizabeth (Sue); and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. 

Mike is now reunited with his brother, Jim; father, Gerald; and father-in-law, Frank Napoli.
