Marcus Dale Snow

Marcus “Marc” Dale Snow, age 75, of Duluth, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2025, just two days after celebrating his 75th birthday. He was surrounded by love and family as he left this world and returned to the arms of his beloved wife, Cynthia Snow, whom he cherished beyond measure and missed every day since her passing.

Marc was born in Duluth on July 2, 1950, to Dale and Virginia Snow. He graduated from Cathedral High School in 1968 and married the love of his life, Cindy, on October 28, 1972. In his lifetime, Marc dabbled in architecture but is most known for being the co-owner of City Auto Glass, a successful business he ran with his life-long business partner and friend George Weller.

Marc was best known for his easy smile, generous spirit and loving heart. He most enjoyed traveling with Cindy and time spent with friends on cruises and seeing the world. Marc was also an avid fisherman, spending hours on Minnesota and Canadian lakes with family and friends, resulting in fresh and delicious walleye dinners cooked by Cindy. He was also an animal lover, and many dogs knew to stop by and visit if he was outside, as he always had a treat in his pocket for them.

Marc is survived by his two children, Holly Snow (Michael Russell) and Lance Snow (Ava Van Snow) as well as his two grandchildren, Riley Brown and Wesley Bremer. He is also survived by a sister, Patricia (Snow) Davis.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, August 9th, 2025, at Dougherty Funeral Home,600 E. Second Street, Duluth with a Visitation beginning at 10:00am. Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home 218-727-3555.
