Lucy N. Longtine, 89, of Duluth, formerly of Lake Nebagamon passed away on Thursday December 4, 2014 in Duluth. She was born in Charleston, West Virginia on July 17, 1925 to William and Nettie Whittaker. Lucy was a homemaker. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Lake Nebagamon, and was a volunteer at the Douglas County Senior Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and two sisters.
She is survived by her daughters Nancy (Chris) Caplanis, and Patty (Rick) Wade, grandchildren Brandy and Brooke, great-grandchildren Jacob, Joshua, Layla, and Landon, and her partner Mickey Pero.
Visitation will be held on Monday December 8, 2014 from 10AM until the 11AM Funeral Service in Trinity Lutheran Church, 11416 E 1st N, Lake Nebagamon, WI 54849. Burial will be in the Lake Nebagamon Cemetery. Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E. 2nd Street, Duluth, MN 55805. 218-727-3555.
