It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kerry W. Lewis of Duluth, MN after his battle against cancer on 19 January 2024.
 
 Born on 24 September 1960 in Crookston, MN, Kerry was a loving son, brother, husband, father, and friend. After attending Jefferson High School in Alexandria, MN, Kerry enlisted in the United States Marine Corps from 1978-1993 as a Mobile Communications Tech. His dedication to duty and love for his country were evident throughout his military career, and the years to follow. After an honorable discharge from the military, Kerry had a long career in the electrical industry with expertise in under bridge inspection equipment that took him all over the United States and Canada.
 
 Kerry found joy in spending time at Deer Camp with his brothers and  family, cruising on his motorcycle and in his 1966 Volkswagen Beetle, cooking and grilling, golfing, and spending time on the lakes of  Minnesota with those he loved.
 
 Kerry is survived by his son Joshua, daughter Brittney, the love of  his life, Kathy, and his three grandchildren.
 
 His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him.  Kerry's inurnment will be held at the Minnesota State Veterans  Cemetery on March 22, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be  held at The Inn on Lake Superior immediately following from 2:30-5:00 pm.
