Jeffrey Richard Harkins

Jeffrey Richard Harkins, age 65 of Duluth, died on Friday, February 16, 2024. Jeffrey was born in Minneapolis, MN on June 22, 1958, to parents, Richard & Virginia (Norgren) Harkins. He was a graduate of Hopkins High School. Jeffrey worked various jobs throughout his life. Most notably as a videographer for news stations in Duluth. 

Jeffrey is preceded in death by his father, Richard, and brother, Gregory. He is survived by his mother, Virginia; children, Rachel & Dustin (Julie); the mother of his children, Diane Sewall; grandchildren, Cailyn, Gabby & Harper; and siblings, James & Tom (Tom Philipps); as well as many extended family and friends.

A private family services will be held on a later date.
