Janet Arlene Elias, 80, of Duluth died Thursday, October 12, 2017 at St. Luke’s Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe; her mother Anne Ankarlo, three brothers and one sister. Janet is survived by three sisters, two brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews. Services were private. If so desired, memorials may be directed to the Salvation Army.
