Isabella "Billi" Catherine Spencer

Isabella (Billi) Catherine Grace Louise Ann Peden Lund Olson Magnuson Spencer, born 3 September 1949 to John Adam Peden and Grace Catherine Richardson Peden, arriving seven minutes after her twin brother Andrew.

She took off and left Detroit at 16. Billie was preceded in death by both her parents John and Grace Peden, also by her twin brother Andrew John Peden and younger brother Allan Bruce Peden.

Billie also had three sons precede her in death: Elton Eric Olson, John Adam Peden, and Edward James Peden.

She is survived by two daughters, Kimberly-Kay Peden of Duluth, MN, and Tammy-Lynn Tyler of East St. Paul. Also 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Burial: Lakeview Cemetery, Two Harbors, MN.
