Elizabeth Nell Hyde

Elizabeth Nell Hyde (Betty), 87, of Duluth, died Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Benedictine Health Center. She was born August 15, 1935 in Bennett, Wisconsin to Hans and Emma (Sellwood) Hansen.

She married Charles E. Hyde on January 8, 1955. She liked to mow lawn, work in her gardens and bake for her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, her brother, her parents, and her son in law.

She is survived by her three daughters: Marie Rones of Bennett, WI, Nancy (Michael) Albrecht of Duluth, MN, and Deb Hyde of Park Falls, WI. She is further survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Graveside Service will take place on Saturday, May 20th, 2023 at 11:00 at Sunrise Memorial Park in Hermantown followed by a  Celebration of Betty's life from 12 noon to 3:00pm at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, 4257 Haines Road, Duluth MN.
