Debra Ann Clingman

Debra Ann Clingman, 72, of Duluth, passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 23, 2026, at home. She was born in San Antonio, TX on August 29, 1952, to Nicholas and Shirley Thul. She was a member of the former Chester Park United Methodist Church. Deb was an active member with the Junior League of Duluth, and Team Duluth ski team. She loved to water ski with her family and friends and in the winter, she loved to downhill ski. Deb enjoyed fishing and being outdoors, spending time at the family cabin, and nothing was more important to her than family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Nicholas and Shirley Thul.

She is survived by her husband Mike Clingman, children Nick (Pam) Clingman and Lisa (Craig) Buus, grandchildren Anna, Ryan, and Cera, siblings Mark (Kathy) Thul, Mary Lynn (Brian) Connors, Dave (Cathy) Thul, Nancy (Todd) Knutson, and Scott (Carol) Thul, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
