David Brink

David I. Brink, 71. of Calio, North Dakota, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2015 in Osnabrock, North Dakota from the effects of a long history of smoking. He was born in Duluth July 27, 1943 to Severin and Luella (Olsen) Brink. Following high school, David worked on the Great Lakes for a period, was an over the road truck driver, and in 1991 bought a tavern in Calio. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister Sharon; and his former wife Gladys Brink. David is survived by his daughter Tammy Brink of Superior, WI; his grandchildren: Michael (Amber) Williams of Ohio and Bradley Williams of Superior; his great-granddaughter Kamryn Williams of Superior; his brother Daniel Brink of ND; his sister Ardith (Tom) Hendricks of Duluth; cousins, nieces, nephews; and his 3 little girl dogs. Visitation: 12 noon Monday, March 9, 2015 until the 1 PM funeral service at Dougherty Funeral Home. Burial will be at Park Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E.
