Dale Preston Starnes

Dale Preston Starnes age 49 of Duluth, MN died unexpectedly on August 17, 2023. He was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on October 27, 1974. Dale worked various jobs as a general contractor throughout his life. He enjoyed building personal computers for him to games on. He also loved to spend time outside, especially fishing. Dale will be remembered for his wicked sense of humor, and love for his children.

He is survived by his children, Xane Starnes & Lakota Norton; siblings, David Starnes, Paul Lanham, Jessica Cooper, and Candida Snyder; nieces & nephews, Hayley Vickers and Kadden Starnes.

Memorial Services will be held in Kentucky.
