Carl J."CJ" Carlson, 62 of Duluth died Monday, March 9, 2015 at St. Luke's Hospital after a long illness.
CJ was born July 2, 1952 in Pierre, South Dakota to Carl and Roberta Carlson. He worked as a brick layer for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Roberta.
CJ is survived by his siblings, Linda (Reg) Wicks, Worth (Vicki) Carlson, Jerome (Cathy) Carlson, David Carlson and Julie Van Valkenberg.
Visitation will begin Monday, March 16th at 10am with services at 11am in the Dougherty Funeral Home, Duluth. Burial will be at Park Hill Cemetery, Duluth. Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home, Duluth, (218) 727-3555.
