Ann Bailey Ringsred, age 91, of Duluth, died Monday, October 23, 2017, at the Marywood in the Benedictine Center, of cancer surrounded by her loving family.
It has been a long and courageous journey for her, but she handled her illness with grace, courage, dignity and love. She married John Ringsred, Veteran of WWII, in 2005 in Duluth. Ann grew up and attended college in Kentucky. Ann had a heart of gold and a smile for everyone she met. They spent many nights jitterbugging the nights away in Florida before they moved back to Duluth. Ann cherished the time she spent with her family in Duluth and Kentucky and at the cabin on Pequaywan Lake.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Richard Taylor; brothers and sisters, Gertrude Browning, Floyd Bailey, Rufus Ray Bailey, Betty Ruth Fulvio; half-sister, Lucille; Dunlap and half-brother, Desmond Simpson.
